Today the word entrepreneurship is seen as something we all want to become, but really little is done to reach that point, maybe some say it is lack of opportunity, money, people support us, study and in the worst cases come to think that the market has what you need and do not need anything, if this were so our future was not marked and destined to scientific breakthroughs, it is only necessary to look at our problems or needs. The venture is to reach beyond where we can bring our minds and want to achieve goals and have a chance to become a huge industry.
For wound to be an entrepreneur need not have gone through a university or have a family with all the economic power to do it, "everything starts to reach the top down," "a great worker never start your home for the roof."
The need today is what leads us to create our own businesses, the need to achieve economic independence and job security given that jobs are sometimes of poor quality.
A clear example is Guy Laliberte, executive director of the caciques du Soleil or Cirque du Soleil show on the world's most impressive scene, which was founded by a small group of pipers and some street jugglers. In this industry then protected the animals and their use in acts that put them at risk, the fact that children were growing preference for video games before going to a circus boring, they saw an opportunity to reinvent a Circus for adults and corporate clients who are willing to pay a sum of money to see them. That is, did not compete against other circuses but made his own circus, creating scenic events enjoyable for others.
This is how many industries starting from scratch to generate large revenues reach its creators, create jobs and cover not one but many needs.
Passion to undertake is a collection of concepts and lessons that Andy Freire makes available to all who are concerned to learn and understand the entrepreneurial process. It declared an invitation to entrepreneurs and others who have entrepreneurial seed to meet the challenge with conviction, commitment and passion.
The author shares all topics of interest to entrepreneurs while the road itself is busy counting from the moment the idea until the day he was born Office net, sharing the details of the process, the successes and mistakes.
Interesting is the guide to identify ideas with opportunities (deductive process magnifying glass), as the context refines and improves the entrepreneurial approach. Of much utility is written in connection with the business plan, the resulting document should answer most of the questions raised by the parties involved in the project.
The chapters on the importance of capital equipment and training caught my attention for the contribution of concepts related to capital structure and profit sharing for employees. Freire masterfully engages these concepts, which many companies are simply incompatible.
Throughout the work, Freire breaks paradigms such as: not to be rich, young and university to undertake, and that you can go on without capital.
